• If possible, bring two chairs: one to present and the other for the customer to sit in while you are presenting.
• Pre-set the chair at a comfortable height, align the arm pads and adjust the seat all the way back. Make certain that the arm and chair height are adjusted to fit under any work surface in the room.
• Cover Up - Use a chair cover to cover up the Mirra 2 chair so your audience is focused on your introduction and not examining the chair.

• Walk them through the basic adjustments to personalize the chair to their unique body characteristics.
• Have them rotate in the chair, experiencing the balance of support and freedom to move with the Butterfly back.

Showcase the Breadth of Options

• If you have your iPad, allow your customer to play with the Mirra 2 configurator, showcasing the breadth of options available on the chair.
• If you have your iPDF, share the images of the group of Mirra 2 chairs in a variety of colors and options.
