"To maintain highly qualified, talented workers, companies need to provide space that better connects them to each other and brings more promise to the open plan."

During the design process, Hecht and Colin drew on their own office for inspiration-a small, highly efficient space that behaves like an energetic international neighborhood.

The design was also informed by the idea of a thriving English high street, which serves the much broader city by arranging a variety of local activities and services along one street.
